You Are Enough is a safe, supportive group coaching experience designed to help women begin rebuilding the foundation of their self-worth, identity, confidence, and personal boundaries.
Together, we will uncover unhealthy beliefs, recognize patterns formed through past experiences, and begin replacing them with truth—so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
You Are Enough is a 2-month group coaching program designed to help you rebuild your sense of worth from the foundation up.
Over 4 biweekly group coaching sessions, we will explore:
• Understanding where your beliefs about your worth began
• Recognizing the impact of trauma, rejection and unhealthy relationships
• Breaking patterns of people-pleasing and seeking validation
• Rebuilding healthy self-worth and confidence
• Learning healthy boundaries without guilt
• Replacing negative internal messages with truth
• Rediscovering your God-given identity, value and purpose
• Developing practical tools to continue your growth beyond the program
